What is a Flavouring?

Flavouring are ready to use flavouring concentrate to add to vodka, cocktails, mocktails, Snow Cone Syrup mix, Yogurt Syrups, Slushy mix. Various applications will require different amounts of flavouring. We have made our flavouring range easy to use and easy to add to any application. Full of flavour every time.

How to use flavouring?

There are a number of uses where flavourings can be used. The most common of these is Flavouring Syrups, Flavouring distilled alcohol and flavouring craft brewing, home brewing and yogurt syrups or milkshake syrups.

• Spirits Flavouring – add 20ml of flavouring to 700ml of 40% alcohol or a cheap vodka
  • 1 Flavouring bottle (60ml) will make 3 x 700ml bottles of flavoured spirits.
• Alcohol Flavouring – 20ml of flavouring to 700ml of 40% alcohol or a cheap vodka
  • 1 Flavouring bottle (60ml) will make 3 x 700ml bottles of flavoured spirits.
• Liqueur Flavouring – add 60ml of Flavrz flavouring to 1000ml of Vodka or alcohol base @ 38-40%
  • combine 250ml of water with 400grams of white sugar in a blender.
  • Combine all ingredients into a 1.5 litre or 2 litre container or bottle and mix throughly.
  • Dispense into your required size bottles or containers.
• Home Brewing Flavouring – add 60ml to 2.5 litres of Home Brew and mix prior to bottling.

Frozen Treats

• Snow Cones Syrup Flavouring – add 60ml of Flavrz Flavouring to 4 litres of snow cone syrup base.
  • Snow cone syrup base recipe – 2kg of Water Sugar to 4 litres of water, blend in two batches of 1kg sugar to 2 litres of water.
  • Makes 5 litres of Flavoured Syrup.
• Slushy Flavouring – add 60ml of Flavrz Flavouring to 22.5 Litres of Slushy base.
  • Slushy Base – add and combine 1kg of sugar to 4 litres of water. Add one teaspoon or 5g of salt to lower the freezing temperature of the slushy  mix per 4 litres of water. Combine throughly. 5kg of white sugar dissolved in 20 litres of water makes 22.5litres of slushy mix.
  • Slushy Base Recipe 22.5L = 5kg white sugar; 20 litres of water; 60ml of Flavrz Flavouring; optional 25grams of salt.

NOTE: all our flavouring are dispensed in a tamper, leak proof bottles that can be easily dispensed without mess or measuring. 20 drops from the unicorn nozzle on the bottle is equal to 1ml. 20 drops = 1ml  –  100 drops = 5ml. You can easily dispense via a syringe or measuring spoon if needed.

We recommend testing the strength require from sweetness and also the flavouring on a small trial batch. If you require less flavouring simply use 50ml instead of 60ml of the above recipes.

Is a flavouring a flavour syrup?

No, a flavouring is the flavour concentrate that makes a flavour syrup. Flavouring are different to pure flavour concentrates as they are made to be easily mixed and measured for most applications. Flavrz flavouring can be used as;
