We only use Auspost EXPRESS POST for all our orders. Order by 2 pm for the same-day dispatch. Orders after 2 pm are dispatched the next business day.
All orders over AUD$100 (under 5kg) are express shipped by Auspost in Australia. We send all oversea or international items via AMAREX (free shipping on orders over AUD$150). Tracking and online tracking is available via TRACK MY ORDER in your MY ACCOUNT.
You will receive an automated SMS and EMAIL from Auspost once they have processed your order to keep you in the loop. Or you can log on to YOUR ACCOUNT to see your tracking information and the status of your order.

Yes, we are glad to supply a vast number of clients worldwide including in the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and of course our friends across the ditch in NZ.
Overseas order via INTERNATIONAL STANDARD or INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS. The international standard can take 4-10 days depending on where you are in the world and what COVID limitations are on freight and deliveries in your area.
We suggest International express, though it will be a little more to you in 2-4 days, depending on Covid limitations with freight and deliveries.
